The No Practice

A 6-week group coaching experience for people who are ready to lead from their own priorities

Sound familiar? You say yes when you mean no — then spend the next three days resenting it. You take the meeting that should have been an email, raise your hand when no one else will, and somehow end up on more committees than you have time for.

Maybe you're running a business and still charging less than you're worth. Maybe you're the person at work who always covers, always volunteers, always finds a way — while someone with half your competence gets promoted. Maybe you're the family member who handles everything, or the friend who drops everything.

What you’ll walk away with after 6 weeks

  • A values filter that turns overthinking into a clear yes, no, or not now

  • Scripts you’ve actually practiced—for saying no to real requests from real people in your life

  • A boundary plan you’ve built proactively, tested with your group, and refined for pushback

  • An honest look at the identity patterns that keep you stuck in yes-mode—and concrete ways to interrupt them

  • A redesigned calendar based on your energy and priorities, with at least one commitment removed or renegotiated

  • Peer accountability from people you know your patterns and will hold you to your promises

How it works

  • One hour each, virtual but engaging. Mondays, 7 PM ET—cohort dates TBD. Every session opens with a taught framework or skill, then moves into your real situations: live practice, peer coaching, and group feedback.

  • You’ll work with the same small group every week. The consistency builds trust fast, and the group becomes your accountability structure — people who know your patterns and won’t let you slide back into autopilot.

  • Each participant receives one private 1-hour session with a coach. Bring your hardest boundary, and we will build a custom strategy.

  • Between sessions, expect 30–60 minutes of applied practice: tracking your decisions, testing scripts in real conversations, and noticing patterns. This program changes behavior, not just thinking.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. We're not exploring your past or treating mental health conditions — we're building practical skills and accountability structures for right now. Many people find coaching works well alongside therapy, but the two serve different purposes.

  • That's probably exactly why you should do this. One hour a week for six weeks, with tools you can use immediately. You’ll leave every session with a specific tool or script you can use that same week — and by week three, most of the practice is happening inside decisions you’re already making.

  • Most programs teach you to think differently about boundaries. This one builds the muscle. Every session includes live practice — writing scripts, role-playing real conversations, and getting feedback from peers who know your patterns. You’ll change behavior in this program, and that’s what actually frees up your time and energy.

  • No. We drew from conversations with women in all kinds of roles — employees, executives, caregivers, founders. If you're overextended in any area of your life, this is for you.

  • Life happens. We ask for at least 5 of 6 sessions, especially session 1 (where you set your values filter and goals) and session 6 (where you celebrate wins). If more than one session won't work, the next cohort is probably a better fit.

  • One-on-one coaching is powerful, but it can't give you what a peer group can: the relief of being genuinely understood, accountability from people who know your patterns, and the perspective of women navigating the exact same terrain. The group is a big part of what makes this work.
