Reclaim your time
A 6-week group coaching experience for people who are ready to lead from their own priorities
Sound familiar? You say yes when you mean no — then spend the next three days resenting it. You take the meeting that should have been an email, raise your hand when no one else will, and somehow end up on more committees than you have time for.
Maybe you're running a business and still charging less than you're worth. Maybe you're the person at work who always covers, always volunteers, always finds a way — while someone with half your competence gets promoted. Maybe you're the family member who handles everything, or the friend who drops everything.
In this group, you’ll practice
Filtering decisions through your personal values
Saying no without over-explaining or apologizing
Leaning on peers to hold you accountable
Protecting your calendar and managing your energy
Shifting from managing everyone else’s expectations to leading from your own
How it works
-
One hour each, virtual but engaging. Mondays, 7 PM ET—cohort dates TBD.
-
You’ll work with the same small group every week. Each session opens with a focused skill or framework, then moves into your real situations.
-
Each participant also receives one private 1-hour coaching session.

A WORD ABOUT THIS PILOT
This is the first time we're running this program, and we're being upfront about that. We've built it from real conversations with real leaders — about guilt, overcommitment, and the exhausting loop of saying yes when you mean no. We know the framework works. We're running the pilot to test our hypotheses about the meaningful change that's possible in 6 weeks.
In exchange for your honest feedback, we're offering this growth opportunity for $75 — a fraction of what this program will cost once it's fully developed. You're our founding cohort, and we appreciate your pioneering efforts.
PILOT PRICING

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. We're not exploring your past or treating mental health conditions — we're building practical skills and accountability structures for right now. Many people find coaching works well alongside therapy, but the two serve different purposes.
-
That's probably exactly why you should do this. One hour a week for six weeks, with tools you can use immediately. This program is specifically designed to give you time back — most participants find they reclaim far more than they invest by the second session.
-
Most programs stop at mindset. This one adds the structure and peer accountability that mindset work alone can't provide. The small pod model means real people who know your patterns will hold you to what you say you'll do — week after week.
-
No. We drew from conversations with women in all kinds of roles — employees, executives, caregivers, founders. If you're overextended in any area of your life, this is for you.
-
Life happens. We ask for at least 5 of 6 sessions, especially session 1 (where you set your values filter and goals) and session 6 (where you celebrate wins). If more than one session won't work, the next cohort is probably a better fit.
-
One-on-one coaching is powerful, but it can't give you what a peer group can: the relief of being genuinely understood, accountability from people who know your patterns, and the perspective of women navigating the exact same terrain. The group is a big part of what makes this work.
