Services Description

Frittata Consulting provides leadership consulting, coaching, and retreat services. These services are designed to support personal and professional development but do not constitute therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

Professional Boundaries and Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice. We do not diagnose or treat physical or mental health conditions. Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate professional assistance for medical, mental health, financial, or legal matters as needed. Results from our coaching and consulting services vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to be honest, open, and committed to the process. Clients acknowledge that personal and professional growth requires active participation and implementation of discussed strategies. Clients are responsible for decisions made during or after coaching sessions or retreats.

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be scheduled in advance based on available openings. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least [48] hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee. Frittata Consulting reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary, with advance notice to the client.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking or according to the agreed-upon payment schedule. All prices are subject to change with notice to clients. Refunds may be issued according to our refund policy.

Refund Policy

Deposits for retreats may be non-refundable or partially refundable based on timing of cancellation.

Confidentiality

All client information and session content will be kept confidential according to industry standards. Exceptions to confidentiality include: risk of harm to self or others, suspected abuse of vulnerable populations, and legal requirements. Frittata Consulting may use anonymized client feedback and results for testimonials or case studies with written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Frittata Consulting and is protected by copyright laws.

Materials provided during coaching sessions or retreats are for client's personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.

Privacy Policy

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy 

Limitation of Liability

Frittata Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Frittata Consulting reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms and conditions, demonstrates behavior that hinders the coaching process, or if we believe we can no longer effectively serve the client.

Any prepaid, unused services will be refunded according to our refund policy.

Communication

Clients agree to respond to communications in a timely manner.

Primary communication methods include email, phone, and our scheduling system. Emergency contact information and procedures will be provided to clients as needed.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Frittata Consulting reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kentucky.
